Here's the fastest way for Android users to find and uninstall apps they don't need.

How many apps do you have on your phone? Do you use them all, or is that percentage closer to 50%? 40%? 20%? Let's say someone has 211 apps on their Android phone.
Wouldn't you say that there are some that surely wouldn't be missed if they were uninstalled? According to Android World (via Android Police), some Android users are now receiving a notification from the Google Play Store that reminds them to remove unwanted apps from their devices.
The notification, with the heading "Clean up your device anytime," reminds you that unused apps can be removed for extra storage. Tapping on the notification takes you to the Play Store where another tap will bring up a list of the apps that haven't been recently used. Each listing shows you the last time that you used a particular app, and how much space you will free up if you delete it. A box next to each of these apps can be clicked on, creating a running total on the bottom of the screen that shows exactly how much total storage space will be created when you delete the selected apps. Tap on that green field and those apps will be uninstalled.

You don't have to wait to receive the reminder from Google, because this feature can be found by opening the Google Play Store app. Tap the hamburger menu found on the left side of the search bar. Go to My apps & games and scroll to the left one time to the Installed page. Touch the three bar menu to the left of the Storage bar, and there is the aforementioned page. Scroll through each app and you're bound to find some titles that you no longer need.
